Welcome to the Glenn Carpenter Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick

History

The Glenn Carpenter Centre is a not-for-profit organization, and all facility rentals subsidize the summer program. This year, “in-need” Saint John and area children and youth enjoyed outdoor summer fun, due in part to support from local businesses, individuals, and facility rentals.

Book your next event at the Glenn Carpenter Centre, and make a difference in the life of a child!

The Glenn Carpenter Centre is a partnership between the family of the late Glenn R. Carpenter and the Saint John YMCA - YWCA. The primary mandate of the Carpenter Centre is to deliver enriching programs designed to develop life skills in young people.

Glenn Carpenter left a legacy to purchase the 220 acre property on Ashburn Lake in order to fulfil his vision of “helping to prepare today’s youth to be tomorrow’s leaders”.

If you would like to make a donation to the centre please call us at 634-4937.

It's that time again for the Glenn Carpenter Centre Charity Classic!

The Glenn Carpenter Centre provides an outdoor environmental education program for the youth of Saint John and surrounding areas.

Last year nearly 1000 children visited the camp for a day of canoeing, hiking, arts and crafts and archery as well as learning about their environment in partnership with ACAP.

I am writing today to request that you enter a team of 4 in the tournament with all proceeds going to the camp. The event promises great prizes and interesting twists to the game of golf.

If you have any questions please contact me at 634-8120. I have enclosed a registration form that can be faxed to 634-1308.

Thanks for your Support,

Wendy Knox
