Summer Day Camp 2010

Summer day camps at the Glenn Carpenter Centre will begin in June of 2010 with many new specialty camps as well as the standard adventure camp.

Youth will enjoy activities such as the water trampoline, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, swimming as well as educational activities such as recycling, fishing, climate change and plant days.

Over 800 children participated in the programs offered this summer including, the YMCA-YWCA Outdoor Adventure Day Camp, Agency Camps from throughout the city and the Belfast Children's Vacation Program.

Camperships are available for the Glenn Carpenter Centre.  Sponsorship forms can be picked up along with registration forms at the Membership Services Desk starting in the Spring.
